INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we may contact you to update the information. Delays caused by incorrect shipping details are not the responsibility of Velto.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Velto is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
